Straight-razor shaves, skin fades, and beard work on South Elm. Walk-ins taken until 5 — after that, book a chair.
The menu
Prices are flat. No upcharge for thick hair, long hair, or a second pass on the line-up.
The Shop
Three chairs.
No rush.
We took over a former print shop on South Elm in 2019 and kept most of what was already here — the tin ceiling, the tile, and the smell of the place before we cleaned it up. The two Koken chairs came out of an estate sale in Winston-Salem and took a year to restore.
A good cut should still look right on day twelve.
We book thirty-minute slots and keep two chairs open for walk-ins until five, because the people who need a barber most are usually the ones who couldn't plan ahead. If you've got a wedding, a funeral, or a first day at a new job, say so when you sit down.
